Because many of our items are made to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, launches, or holidays.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days

Tracking Orders

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Porta is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
