Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or replacements for the following:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect items received
• Printing or manufacturing defects

To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund:

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Your order number must be provided
• Clear photos showing the issue are required

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A refund when applicable

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selections made by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Preference-based concerns
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items after delivery
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

We currently do not offer traditional exchanges. Exchanges or replacements are only provided for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by The Porta.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Porta is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
